Who Is Eligible for the 2025 GST Voucher?

The scheme is divided into four components Cash, MediSave, U-Save, and Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Rebate each with different eligibility criteria.

1. GSTV – Cash

To qualify for the cash payout:

  • You must be a Singapore citizen residing in Singapore.
  • Be 21 years or older in 2025.
  • Have an Assessable Income not exceeding S$34,000 for the Year of Assessment 2024.
  • Own no more than one property.
  • Annual Value (AV) of your home as of 31 December 2024 must be:
    • ≤ S$21,000 → Receive S$850
    • S$21,001 – S$31,000 → Receive S$450

2. GSTV – MediSave

This component helps seniors with healthcare savings.

Eligibility:

  • Aged 65 years or older in 2025.
  • Own no more than one property.
  • Home’s AV ≤ S$31,000.
  • Payout ranges from S$150 to S$450, credited directly to your CPF MediSave account.

3. GSTV – U-Save

This rebate helps lower- and middle-income households offset utility bills.

Eligibility:

  • At least one Singapore citizen owner or occupier of an HDB flat.
  • No one in the household owns more than one property.

Rebate amounts (for full year):

  • 1- and 2-room flats: S$760
  • 3-room: S$680
  • 4-room: S$600
  • 5-room: S$520
  • Executive/Multi-gen: S$440

The rebate is credited directly to your utilities account every quarter—in January, April, July, and October 2025.

4. GSTV – S&CC Rebate

This helps with Service & Conservancy Charges for HDB residents.

  • Flat must be owner-occupied by at least one Singapore citizen.
  • Owners and occupiers must not own or have interest in any private property.

  • 1- and 2-room: 3.5 months

When Will You Get Paid?

Cash & MediSave Payouts

  • PayNow-NRIC: Starts 1 August 2025
  • Bank Crediting: Starts 12 August 2025
  • GovCash Collection: Starts 22 August 2025

For the most efficient payment, it’s advised to link your NRIC to PayNow. You can check or set this up via your bank or the PayNow website.

U-Save & S&CC Rebates

These are disbursed quarterly:

  • January
  • April
  • July
  • October

No action is needed rebates will be auto-credited to your HDB utilities and town council accounts.

CDC Vouchers

  • Claim Starts: 13 May 2025
  • Claim Ends: 31 December 2025
  • Amount: S$500 per household
