Sleeping Difficulties?

So many clients have come to me for help with differing degrees of insomnia and, in each case, the client has resolved their problems while altering their sleep patterns to a healthy range (say 7 or 8 hrs a night from as little as 2 or 3). As a result, the client feels much more energy, well being and happiness and is able to perform their daily tasks on a much greater rate of reliability and productiveness. And someties it takes only one or two sessions to get to this point.
